Supportive Intervention Not Homelessness

Finding yourself overwhelmed with the level of risk supporting someone living in a Hoarded space ?

This course can help you understand the risk, who to involve and how to develop a risk reduction approach with the person tailored with the right partner agencies.

In this bitesize learning session, you will explore:

  • How hoarding impacts upon the person, their relationships and the ability to live safely in their home
  • How to use the Hoarding Toolkit to manage risk
  • How to develop an achievable Hoarding Care Plan with the person

Why learn with us ?You will have access to wider knowledge and experience from cross sector working both professionally and personally. Hoarding can affect anyone. it does not discriminate but it can isolate the person through shame & emabarrassment. This can lead to other mental health issues which can ultimately render the person with the inability to begin their journey.

Our unique approach at Clouds End CIC gives the person a voice and the confidence that here is help out there. Together we can make a difference to someone’s life.
