If you’ve been putting off that dreaded clear-out for way too long, we might have just the thing to push you into action: by decluttering your cupboards, unloading your loft, and clearing out the cellar, you can raise funds for animals. You even have TWO options!

Option 1: Ziffit

You can send unwanted items such as books, CDs, DVDs, and games to Ziffit in exchange for a donation to PETA. Simply visit the Ziffit website, choose the PETA Foundation as your charity, and enter the barcode numbers on your items. The funds you raise through your lockdown clear-out will go straight to our life-saving campaigns for animals.

Option 2: eBay for Charity

Bit of a wheeler-dealer on eBay? Have some clothes, paintings, crockery, or other items you’d like to shift? eBay for Charity has your back. The next time you’re selling your items on eBay, be sure to tick the option to “Donate a portion to charity”. Choose the percentage you’d like to donate, and select People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) Foundation as your charity. The higher the percentage, the more you’ll help us put the brakes on industries using animals for barbaric experiments, cruelly produced clothing, and much more.

Pig Lockdown

If you need to fill the gaps in your wardrobe, you can also buy items on eBay to support PETA. Add us to your favourites so that every time you make a purchase, you’ll have the option to make a donation for animals.

So, if you’re looking to spruce up your place this spring, remember to make it really count by dedicating your clear-out to animals. Say hello to a squeaky-clean conscience.

Sincerely,

PETA
